To apply as an Artist or Vendor for the 2011 Madison Street Festival, please follow these simple instructions:

In order to submit your Artist Alley or Vendor application for the Madison Street Festival you must agree to adhere to all policies and conditions contained in the Madison Street Festival Vendor Agreement (View Agreement) and agree to pay the non-refundable booth fee. Fees are non-transferable. This also constitutes agreement to allow use of any submitted images in promotion of this event.
An independent panel of screeners determines eligibility based upon quality, originality and presentation of artwork in comparison with other applicants within the same media category.
The clarity of the slides or photographs and complete display photograph are major determining factors. Screeners are artists, art professionals, and educators. If you are not accepted to Artist Alley, we may offer you an alternate spot in the Street Festival as a vendor or demonstrator.
Please submit no less than (3) three photographs of your work (with a description of each) and an image of your display booth by email to artistalley@madisonstreetfestival.org or by standard mail to the address on the application. Please include a self-addressed envelope with appropriate postage if you would like photographs returned.
