CONDOR will handle the communication with your attendees via phone, email, mail and fax. All communications relating to the Event will be directed to CONDOR personnel who have real time access to the Event Database and are knowledgeable about the Event and the registration options. CONDOR will answer any questions that it is authorized to answer by the event staff and for which information is available. We take pride in the way our staff handles all event-related communications.
CONDOR can provide bulk emailing to any group of people for which the event staff provides a database. Bulk emails
can be personalized for each attendee, can be setup so that the registration forms are automatically populated with
the person’s information from the database when they start to register.
CONDOR can also provide services to maintain the mailing list databases. We have developed tools over the years to correct addresses, removed duplicates, and track changes to mailing lists. Let us put this experience to work for your mailing list. This would include such operations as marking people who had registered for the Event so that they would be excluded from further email blasts
